Hey there, welcome to my digital portfolio. I'm Michelle Mongey - a painter, designer and illustrator from Sydney, Australia, now based in Fernie, Canada.
I've been an avid art enthusiast from a young age and began to focus on painting as my chief artform in my teen years. Most of my art has been developed for friends and family, with personal meaning and touch behind each painting.
More recently, I've begun work with vinyl as a form of sculpture with fellow artist, Soraya Olszewski, and have also begun designing and illustrating graphics for commercial operations.
I've exhibited some of my work at the Fernie Art Station. I've also created pieces on commission and collaborated with fellow creatives.
